URAC’s Independent Review Organization (IRO) accreditation is the national gold standard for ensuring fairness, consistency, and quality in external medical review. It establishes rigorous requirements for reviewer credentialing, quality oversight, timeliness, confidentiality, and independence.

C-IDR is now URAC-accredited as an Independent Review Organization (IRO).

We are also currently pursuing URAC Artificial Intelligence in Health Care Accreditation to further validate that our AI systems, governance, and use of technology meet leading standards for safety, accuracy, and fairness.
